This dress is made with high-quality material and superb stitching. The pleats are on one point and the elastic and Velcro are the perfect length. The item completely matches the description on the website and it met all of my expectations I had while ordering it. I will most definitely be a repeat customer! The dress is well under $20 & it is worth every penny!
