This dress perfectly matches its description and meets all of my expectations I had when I ordered it. The material is high quality and sewn perfectly with single stitches, double layered beautiful fabric. The elastic is high quality and the Velcro is the perfect length. Pleating is absolutely on point! I will absolutely be a repeat customer! The dress is well under $20 and worth every penny!
